Resepi Masa Birthday Hubby,...Roast Chicken, Mix Vege, Black Pepper Sos and Spegget Seafood

Black Pepper Sos













Sos
Lebihan sos lada hitam masukkan dlm periuk
tambah tepung gandum dlm 4 sudu
2 kiub ayam maggie
air agak2 lah jgn cair sgt n jgn pekat sgt..
lalu dikacau diatas api yg pelahan
pastu k ena tapiskan supaya tak berkental
(k ena rasa lah tpg gamdum tu mungkin bole guna tpg jagung)
ini k ena dh cuba tpg jagung turn up tak cantik sbb takda weight...




Spagetti Seafood













Spegetti
Udang
Lala
Capsicum merah n hijau
cili api
bawang putih
parsley srbuk
basil serbuk
(2 bahan tu bole dpt di pasaraya)
n garam secukup rasa

k ena redamkan seafoods dlm olive oil sediki biarkan seketika
tubuk cili api n bawang putih~~ kemudian tumis dgn olive oil
masukkan seafoods dgn olve oil sekali
masukkan spegetti n pasley n basil
masukkan garam n capsicum kaca rata

p/s k ena tak bagi sukatan sbb t suka kita n byk mana kita nk pakai..
insyaAllah lama2 pandai...





Mixed Vege

carrot k ena potong n rebus dlm air garam n angkat, pastu rebus jagung, pastu masukkan cauliflower n brocolli
bila nk makan letak butter n reheat sekejap..
(ini hana yg ajar)

Roasted Chicken

1 ekor ayam bersih n toskan air sampai kering
k ena perap semalaman dgn
black pepper sos as much as u like
oyster sos secukupnya
lea & perrins sos dlm 2 sudu
madu as much as u like
garam
kicap masin
bawang putih
bila dh lumur k ena simpan dlm fridge

the next day k ena taw
pastu k ena susun bawang besar dlm loyang yg dihiris bulat2
k ena ambil ayam n tambahkan black pepper sos just nk bg basah sikit
rebus kentang half cook drained
masukkan some of the kentang inside the chicken
some keliling chicken
use tooth pick utk tutup perut ayam yg terbuka..
ikat kaki ayam dgn benang so that takdalah dia terkangkang selepas masak hehehe....

masa nak bakar...mula2 bakar ayam tu ketika meniarap 15min
pastu terlentangkan ayam n bakar lagi 30 to 45min itu kalau ayam lebih dari 1 kilo
kalau kurang...kurangkan waktu bakar dia k...
