Ikan n Ayam Bakar



























Last sat ada BBQ at my attic...
Talk abt BBQ selalu ingat ikan kembung, pari, terubuk bakar...balut dlm daun pisang...cicah air asam or kicap...
Ish boringnya....the same recepi....everytime buat BBQ...
Our family frens akan dtg at 6pm...so at 3pm g Giant with Fahim my son...beli ikan siakap n kembong yg besar n chicken wings
Then jalan2 kat lorong yg jual Brahim's products
end up beli asam pedas paste, tom yam paste n sambal tumis paste..
at vege's i bought bendi/okra and cauliflower..
then cari alluminium foil...

Now sampai rumah wash ikan bersih2 n chicken wings with flour..
pound garlic with ginger perap ayam with oyster sauce n kicap..put in container to marinate..

wrapped~ siakap with tomyam paste put salt n bendi
ikan kembong with asam pedas paste n bendi and cauliflour~wrapped
repeat ikan siakap with sambal tumis paste~wrapped
n ikan kembong with tom yam paste...

1 packet of Brahim's bole bahagi 3...

at 6pm ~ starts fire kat BBQ set...
at 8pm~ grill the wrapped fish
then grill d chicken

Starts makan the griledl fish with nasi goreng kerabu yg resepinya k ena bg last notes.....walla beautiful sangat...

sometimes we need to change the style of cooking....cuba jgn tak cuba...
antara asam pedas, tomyam n sambal tumis k ena rasa sedap asam pedas n tomyam...
so ladies mungkin ada yg dh pernah buat kan...tp for those yg belum cubalah...this is my 1st time.....n it's BEAUTIFUL!!!!
